According to Reuters, the Kremlin spokesman Peskov said Ukraine has refused to negotiate and Russia's military operations will continue.

Peskov said that Russian President Putin ordered the Russian army to stop on the 25th, but Ukraine refused to negotiate, the Russian army resumed military action plans, and the main forces continued to advance on the afternoon of the 26th.

Peskov pointed out that Western countries' sanctions against Russia are severe, and Russia has prepared preparations to ensure normal operation in the economic field.
