According to Reuters, Harris made the above statements at the Munich Safety Conference.
She said: "The national borders cannot change through force. I can say very certain that if Russia further invades Ukraine, the United States will impose significant economic sanctions on it with our allies and partners."
Harris said: "The economic sanctions we are prepared will be fast and severe. We will specialize in Russia's financial institutions and major industries."
She said, Washington willIt will not be limited to economic sanctions, and it will further strengthen NATO's military deployment in East Wing.
