(Morning Post) U.S. President Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Kishida will hold video talks on Friday (January 21), focusing on discussing China's increasingly powerful strength, North Korea's missile test firing, and Russia's threat to Ukraine.
Reuters reports that Bayidon and Kishida are scheduled to meet online on Friday, US time. This will be the first substantial talks with Biden in Kishida Wenxiong in October last year.
The White House press secretary Puski said on Thursday that the purpose of the talks was to "further consolidate the United States and Japan alliances" and ensure that "a free and open Indo -Pacific region".
Before the video conference with Bayidon and Kishida, several other Indian -Pacific leaders also met.Australia and Britain will also hold 2+2 meetings on Friday.
