(Morning News) Reuters quoted three sources that the U.S. State Department has approved Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to transport missiles and other weapons made by American -made to Ukraine.

According to export control regulations, countries must be approved by the State Council before transporting any weapons obtained from the United States to a third party.

One of the sources said that the third -party transfer agreement will allow Estonia to transport a javelin anti -tank missile to Ukraine, and Lithuania will be allowed to transfer assassin missiles.
