The U.S. Department of Defense reported that the Chinese laser radar manufacturer He Sai will be re -included in this list immediately after being named from a list of companies suspected of cooperating with the Chinese military.

Reuters on Wednesday (October 16) quoted the content of court documents and letters to the US Congress, reporting the above information.

He Sai, together with more than a dozen companies in January this year, was included in the above list by the US Department of Defense.

He Sai filed a lawsuit in May, arguing that there was no impact or control on the management, strategy or R & D business of Hesai's management, strategy or R & D business without any Chinese government or military entities, and said that most of the company's equity?? The U.S. Department of Justice said in court documents on Wednesday evening that the Pentagon has removed Hesai from the list. Now it is planned to re -include this Chinese enterprise in the list according to the latest information.
