(Washington / Amsterdam / Feld Hoffen Comprehensive News) The Dutch Optical Machine Giant ASML (ASML) had previously accused a former employee in China stealing company technology.Anonymous insiders revealed that the United States and the Netherlands are investigating whether the former employee has contacted the Chinese government.

Asley disclosed the patent data theft related to former Chinese employees in the annual report on February 15th, and said that the internal survey results show that the incident does not have a significant impact on the company's business, but it may violate the export of China to China. The company has notified the US and the Netherlands officials.

Asmore's lawyer sued Yu Zongqiang in 2018, saying that he established the two companies to transfer Acemai technology to China.

Yu Zongqiang resigned from Asmore in 2012 and established XTAL at the office park near San Jose International Airport in the United States in January 2014.A month later, he founded the Oriental Crystal Source in an industrial area funded by a government in Beijing.XTAL mainly designed and manufactured semiconductor equipment and provides consulting services for the industry, while Dongfang Jingyuan focuses on the management of integrated circuits.
