The official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan announced that Bob Stewart was invited by the Taiwan government to visit Taiwan from March 19th to 24th.Congress, Rob Butler, Sarah Atherton, Tanmanjet Singh DHESI, Afzal Khan, and Marie Rimmer also visit Taiwan.
In addition to meeting with Tsai Ing -wen, the visiting delegation will also meet with Taiwan ’s Chief Executive Chen Jianren and Gu Lixiong, Secretary -General of the National Security Council, and accept You Xizheng, Dean of the Legislative Yuan, and Foreign Minister Wu Zhaozheng's banquet.The delegation will also visit the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs, MAC and other ministries, and visit Taiwan's economic and economic facilities.
The Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that members of the delegation will exchanged opinions with Taiwan's administrative departments, public opinion representatives and experts on issues such as Taiwan -British relations, regional situations, and economic toughness.
The Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons in Taiwan has organized a group visit to Taiwan in November last year.
