The violations involved include that they did not provide employees with safety operating devices and safety work systems, did not issue an unexpected notice to the Director of the Labor Office, and purchased employees for employees to compensate insurance.

After consulting the Hong Kong Department of Justice, the Labor Office proposed a total of 15 inspection control to the above companies in accordance with relevant regulations, and applied to court on January 17.

A spokesman for the Labor Office said: "The Labor Department will never tolerate the above -mentioned illegal acts, and it will be severely enforced and doing everything that can protect the employees' security and legal rights."
