According to commercial radio reports, Li Jiachao said that under the existing system, the Hong Kong government is unable to exclude overseas lawyers and cause conflicts of interest due to their own national interests.Control can not ensure that they can keep national secrets, so they will recommend the National People's Congress.
Li Zhiying's suspected violation of the Hong Kong National Security Law was scheduled to officially start trial on Thursday (December 1).Li Jiachao said that he would ask Lin Dingguo, the director of the Secretary for Law of the Hong Kong Government to apply for a postponed trial of Li Zhiying.
Li Jiachao said: "The interpretation will solve a specific problem for a specific group. Considering the far -reaching impact, we need to clarify it."
According to Ming Pao News Network, Li Jiachao believes that the maintenance of the National Security Council has held a meeting and decided that if the Court of Final Appeal rejected the above, the National People's Congress should be proposed.Reports have been submitted since the implementation of the National Security Law.
Li Jiachao said that he will make relevant applications when submitting the report and ask the National People's Congress to consider his requirements as soon as possible.
