The notification requires that large -scale performances implement real -name ticket purchase and real -name admission system. Each performance can only purchase one ticket for each identity document.

In the refund mechanism, notifying the performance organizer to establish a large -scale performance refund mechanism, set a reasonable staircut refund fee standard to ensure the right to refund the ticket purchasers.

In terms of ticket sales, the notification requires increasing the sales ratio of large performances tickets. The number of tickets sold by the performance organizer for public sales shall not be lower than the number of approved audiences.For the remaining 15%of tickets, personal information binding should be performed 24 hours before the performance to achieve "real -name binding and real -name admission".
