The meeting was voted and appointed Xu Hongcai as the deputy chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress of China; appointed Chen Fuli and Feng Yi as the Deputy Secretary -General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress;Director of the director, appointed Xu Hongcai as the director of the Budget Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
The meeting was voted and appointed Deng Xiuming as the vice president of the Supreme People's Court of China, a member of the trial committee, and a judge; the position of the Dean of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Military Court of the Chinese People's Liberation Army was removed; Ge Xiaoyan was appointed as the Supreme People's ProcuratorateVice Attorney General and Member of the Procuratorate, appointed Miyamoto as the deputy prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and exempt Sun Qian's Deputy Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and members of the Procuratorate.
The meeting also voted for other arbitrary exemptions.
In addition, the meeting also voted for the report of the qualification review committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the qualifications of individual representatives.
The meeting also voted to pass the decision to extend the authorized State Council to launch Hong Kong legal practitioners and Macau practicing lawyers in the Nine cities of the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area to obtain the qualifications of the Mainland and the duration of the professional pilot work of lawyers.
The meeting approved the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the decision to approve the extradition of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Ecuador.
