According to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the 17th round of the China -Myanmar Border Management and Cooperation Agreement was held on Monday (August 28) to Tuesday (August 29) in Beijing.Hong Liang, the director of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Marine Affairs, and Wu Angge, director of the Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar.Representatives of diplomacy, national defense, business, immigration and other governments in the two countries attended the meeting.
The two parties actively evaluate the bilateral relations and the implementation of the agreement in recent years.The issues such as quality and upgrading of the mechanism are frank and in -depth exchanges, and reached important consensus on improving the meeting mechanism, convenience personnel exchanges, and cracking down on cross -border electrical fraud cooperation to achieve positive results.
