According to Xinhua News Agency, the draft amendment of the Public Security Management Punishment Law was requested to the Fifth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress for consideration on Monday (August 28).The draft incorporates new problems in the field of social security management into the scope of punishment, while optimizing and improving the punishment procedures for public security management.
The draft amendment is based on the current security management punishment law, adding several behaviors that should be punished, including cheating in the exam, organizing leadership, leading MLM, and stealing the steering wheel., Litzing the light light, high -altitude parabolic, and drone "Black Fly" and so on.
The draft also further improves punishment measures and amplitude, including promoting public security management penalties and mediation, establishing a system of fault admission and penalty from a wide system, and an appropriate increase in fines.

The current law of public security management punishment in China was formulated in 2005 and was amended in 2012.In recent years, there have been many new situations in public security in China, and public security management has also faced many new problems. Therefore, the amendment of the amendment of the Public Security Management Punishment Law has been included in the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the 2023 Legislative Work Plan Project.
