According to China CCTV News, a mountain top landslide occurred at 16:00 on Saturday (July 8th) at Yueshan Village, Ledu Ping Town, Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Hubei Province.The landslide sliding towards the construction site of the two -standard area of the high -speed one -section (located in the half -mountain waist of the landslide mountain), causing injuries and loss of contact.
After the accident, Yichang City and Wufeng County quickly organized on -site rescue.As of 23:00 on the 8th, five people have been rescued (one of them is being rescued, and the four are not life -threatening) and nine people have lost contact.
Rescue work is still in progress.
