Li Hui, 70, is regarded as "Russia".He joined the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1975. He worked in the Chinese Embassy in the Soviet Union in the 1980s and served as the Chinese Ambassador to Russia from 2009 to 2019.
