The China National Food and Material Reserve announced on the official website that the State Food and Material Reserve Bureau held a meeting of leading cadres on Friday (August 18).The relevant person in charge of the Central Organization Department announced that the central government decided: Liu Huanxin served as party secretary of the National Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, eliminating the position of party secretary of the National Grain and Material Reserve Bureau.
Public information shows that Liu Huanxin is 60 years old. Before serving as the party secretary of the State Food and Material Reserve Bureau, he was a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Ministry and the director of the State Rural Revitalization Bureau.
Liu Huanxin once served as a member of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, Secretary -General, and Secretary of the Provincial Work Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee in his hometown.
