According to the official WeChat public account of "Hainan News Network", the second meeting of the Seventh People's Congress of Hainan Province closed on Wednesday (May 31st) in Haikou.The meeting elected Liu Xiaoming as the governor of the Hainan Provincial People's Government.
Public information shows that Liu Xiaoming is 59 years old, from Jiangsu Yangzhong, a bachelor's degree in road engineering in Southeast University, and a master's degree in traffic engineering at Beijing University of Technology.He has worked at Beijing University of Technology since 1988. Since November 1997, he has been the assistant to the president of Beijing University of Technology, the director of the graduate department, and the director of the "211" office. In 2000, he served as the vice president of Beijing University of Technology.
Liu Xiaoming served as the deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Communications Commission in 2003 and the director in 2008.In 2014, Liu Xiaoming was transferred to the Director of the Transport Department of the Ministry of Transport, the next year was transferred to the director of the Transport Services Department, and in July 2016, he served as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Transport.
