(Beijing/Tokyo Comprehensive News) China proposes serious positive negotiations on the introduction of semiconductor export control measures in Japan, stating that the operation "seriously violates international economic and trade rules" and urges Japan to "correct the error approach".
According to the news of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce website on Monday (29th), the Minister of Commerce of China Wang Wentao held a talks with the Japanese Minister of Economic and Industry Nishimura Kangyu on Friday (26th) during the Asia -Pacific Economic Cooperation Minister of Trade on Friday (26th).
Wang Wentao, in the talks, refers to the strong opposition of the Chinese side and the voices of the industry's opinions, "insisting on the introduction of semiconductor export control measures."
Wang Wentao said that China has strong dissatisfaction with this, "urging the Japanese side to correct the wrong approach" and effectively maintain the stability of the global industrial chain supply chain.
Japan joined the ranks of China's export control in January this year, limiting local manufacturers to supply the most advanced chip manufacturing equipment to Chinese customers. The Japanese government subsequently announced in March to limit the export of 23 cutting -edge semiconductor manufacturing technology, but did not list China as a direct restriction target.
Japan's Prime Minister Kishita Tianshiong and other Seventh -way Group (G7) leaders issued a joint communiqué during the Summit in Hiroshima, Japan in mid -May, and pointed their spectacles to Beijing on issues such as Taiwan, South China Sea, economic coercion, and human rights.Wang Wentao pointed out that the statement manipulated the issue of China and interfered in the Chinese internal affairs, and China resolutely opposed it.
Japan Kyodo News reported that Nishimura Kangyu asked the Chinese side to release the Japanese employees of pharmaceutical companies arrested in China in March this year, and said that "to ensure the safety of corporate personnel, and the transparent and fair business environment is very important."
Nishimura Kangyu also proposed that it is hoped that China will abolish the import restrictions on the implementation of food in Japanese food after the Fukushima nuclear accident.
