Zhou Qingyu, 61, has served as the executive vice president of the National Bank of China for many years. He is in charge of multiple core business departments of the bank. It should have retired in September last year.Exempted.

Public information shows that Zhou Qingyu successively served as the Agricultural Credit Ministry of Agricultural Credit, General Manager of the Small Enterprise Department, Executive Deputy Director of the Small Enterprise Department, and Director of Sannong Business Director from 2006 to 2011.

Zhou Qingyu served as Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the National Development Bank from 2011 to 2016; in 2016, he was promoted to member and deputy governor of the National Development Bank Party Committee and was removed from office last year.

Public information shows that Zhou Qingyu's last public appearance was at the symposium of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Committee and the National Camp at the Yellow River Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources of China on July 1 last year.
