According to the Hong Kong Ming Daily, the Hong Kong Police Office, Entry Department, Customs, Correctional Services, Fire Department, and Government Flight Service Team will visit the mainland with Deng Bingqiang.During Beijing, they will go to the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Hong Kong and Macau Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Transport, the Department of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Justice and the General Administration of Customs.

They will be transferred to Guangzhou on the evening of the 26th, and the next day to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department and the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, they will return to Hong Kong through land on the evening of the 27th.

Sun Yuzheng led the Hong Kong Social Welfare Circle Inspection Troupe to visit Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Zhongshan for three days.
