He graduated from a doctorate in finance in Wuhan University and obtained a PhD in economics.He has been the party secretary and chairman of the Everbright Group since December 2017, and since March 2018, he has been the chairman of the Guangda Bank.Prior to this, Li Xiaopeng had served as an unit of China Merchants Group, China Huarong, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
Li Xiaopeng was removed from the position of party secretary of China Everbright Group Co., Ltd. in March last year.
