(Sydney Comprehensive News) Australian Minister of Trade Farrell said he had agreed to talk to Beijing with Wang Wentao, Minister of Commerce of China in the near future.This is the latest signs of ease of China -Australia relations.

Comprehensive Reuters and Bloomberg reported that Don Farrell (February 6) and Wang Wentao held an online meeting on Monday (February 6) and said, "Our conference represents another important step in stabilizing Australian relations with China and China.. "This is the first video talks between the highest trading officials of the two countries since 2019.

Farrell mentioned that he discussed multiple trade and investment issues with Wang Wentao, including "restoring the unimpeded necessity of Australian exporters' trade activities so that Chinese consumers can continue to enjoy high -quality Australian products."

Wang Wentao also said that China is highly concerned about the security review of Australian and interested in Chinese companies to invest in Australia. China Australia reached a new Australian coal import agreement last month, but other measures continued to hinder the trade between the two countries, including Australian products such as lobster and wine.
