Kong Lingdong, mayor of Xining, Qinghai, was checked

The former deputy secretary of the Xining Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of the Xining Municipal Party Committee of Qinghai Province this month, Kong Lingdong, was suspected of being investigated seriously of discipline and law.
