Liu Wei is the deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee

The local personnel of the Communist Party of China continued to adjust, deputy secretary of the Jilin Provincial Party CommitteeLiu Wei across the province to perform new provinces and serve as deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China.

According to the Beijing Daily, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China recently approved Liu Wei as a member of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China.

Public information shows that Liu Wei, 57, is a native of Tancheng, Henan. He has worked in Henan Province for a long time and successively served as the Henan Petrochemical Department and Henan Petrochemical Industry Management Office.He went to Fudan University in 2001 and received a doctorate in economics.

In 2004, Liu Wei was transferred to the work of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission.In September 2008, he served as Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission. In May 2013, he also served as executive deputy director of the Provincial Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone (Central Plains Economic Zone and Provincial Zhenglong New District) Construction Leading Group.

In September 2016, Liu Wei served as the party secretary and deputy director of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and served as the party secretary and director of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission in January of the following year.In January 2018, he served as deputy governor of Henan Province, and later served as the secretary of the Party Committee of the Henan Provincial State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission from March to November 2018.

In January 2020, Liu Wei was transferred to a member and deputy minister of the party group of the Chinese Ministry of Emergency Management, and later served as a member of the party committee and deputy minister.Two years later, Liu Wei was transferred to the Deputy Secretary of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee. This is his first new provincial performance.Liu Wei was also elected to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in October this year.
