Public information shows that Hao Peng, born in 1960, was from Fengxiang, Shaanxi. He joined the work in 1976 and joined the Chinese government in 1982.He graduated from Northwestern University of Technology and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering and engineering.

The starting point of Hao Peng's career is in Gansu. In the 21 years of work experience, he has been in the Lanzhou Flying Control Instrument Factory of AVIC in 17 years.
