Li Qiang is re -elected as the Shanghai Municipal Party Secretary

The new leadership team of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China has been arranged, and Li Qiang, a member of the Politburo, was re -elected as the secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee.

The Shanghai Party Congress closed yesterday. Today (June 28) held the first plenary session of the 12th Committee of the Committee to elect the new member of the Municipal Party Committee.Gong Zheng and Zhuge Yujie were again elected as deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee.

The new leadership team has three new faces of the "post -70s", namely Deputy Mayor Chen Tong, Deputy Mayor Zhang Wei and Hongkou District Party Secretary Guo Fang.Zheng Gangmiao, Zhou Huilin and Liu Jie no longer serve as the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.
