Public information shows that the 59 -year -old Shen Xiaoming is a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, a doctor of medical. He has worked in Shanghai for many years and was transferred to Hainan in 2017.

Shen Xiaoming studied medicine during his studies. After graduating in 1987, he served as a hospitalized physician at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Medical University, and then served as an assistant in the pediatric department of Wenzhou Medical College.

In 1988, Shen Xiaoming left Zhejiang to study in Shanghai. After graduation, he served as the attending physician and associate researcher of the Pediatrics Institute of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical University.Deputy Dean, Executive Deputy Dean, Dean of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical University, Dean of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, President of Shanghai Second Medical University, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and president of the medical school.

During the teachings of the medicine, Shen Xiaoming, as an expert in the field of pediatric medicine in China, has edited the children's science of teaching materials for colleges and universities across the country. It is the main pioneer of Chinese children's environmental medicine, development and behavioral pediatric science.

In 2006, Shen Xiaoming left the university as the deputy secretary of the party committee of the Shanghai Science and Education Work Committee, the party secretary of the Municipal Education Commission, and was still the executive vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University.Later, Shen Xiaoming served as deputy mayor of Shanghai Government in Shanghai, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Secretary of the Pudong New District Party Committee.
