According to "Nanjing Release", on April 9, the fifth meeting of the 14th Committee of the CPPCC Nanjing Municipal Committee, Election Wang Liping was the chairman of the Nanjing CPPCC.

Reported in March this year showed that Wang Liping has been the secretary of the Party Group of the Nanjing CPPCC.

Public information shows that Wang Liping was born in August 1962 , Han nationality, Jiangsu Haimen, college degree, bachelor's degree, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1985, and joined the work in July 1984.

Wang Liping served as the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee in the early days.Deputy Secretary, Director of the Provincial Supervision Department, Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Jiangsu Province, and Deputy Director of the Provincial Supervision Committee.

In July 2018, Wang Liping was the executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and recently adjusted.
