Li Pengfei, male, Han nationality, born in August 1964, Jilin Panshi, joined the work in July 1987, joined the Communist Party of China in May 2003, and has a postgraduate degree.
According to public information, Li Pengfei has served as the assistant mayor of Panshi City in his early years and the director of the Management Committee of the Panshi Economic Development Zone. In April 2005, he served as the deputy mayor of Panshi City.
In August 2011, Li Pengfei took the deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and executive deputy director of the Party Working Committee of the New Jilin Chemical Circle Economic Demonstration Park, and two years later, he took the Deputy Secretary of the Longtan District Committee of Jilin City.
