Public information shows that Ma Xingrui, 62, is a native of Tancheng, Shandong. He entered the Chinese government in January 1988.He served as deputy general manager and member of the party group of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation from 1999 to 2007, and was elected as an academician of the International Astronautics Academy in July 2007.Ma Xingrui served as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a member of the party group, and deputy secretary of the party group in 2013.From 2013 to 2015, Ma Xingrui was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Director of the Provincial Social Work Committee, and was promoted to deputy secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee in 2017, governor of the provincial government, and party secretary of the party group.
