Zhang Jinghua, former deputy secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee

Zhang Jinghua, former deputy secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, is suspected of serious disciplinary violations and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision and investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Public information shows that Zhang Jinghua, 59, is from Taizhou, Jiangsu, is a bachelor's degree in economics.

After graduating from Nanjing University in 1985, he entered the State Planning Commission of China for two years. He returned to Jiangsu in 1987.In June 2001, he served as Deputy Director of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and in January 2004 as the Deputy Director of the Provincial State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

In January 2006, Zhang Jinghua became the deputy secretary -general of the Jiangsu Provincial Government, and two years later he served as the head of the Provincial Environmental Protection Department and the party secretary of the party group.In July 2009, he served as deputy secretary and mayor of Xuzhou Municipal Party Committee, and the mayor of January the following year. In April 2012, he was transferred to the secretary of the Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee.

In March 2013, Zhang Jinghua served as a member and secretary -general of the Jiangsu Provincial Government's party group.The following year, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiangbei New District.

On February 19 this year, Zhang Jinghua was promoted to the deputy secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, and no longer served as the secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee.However, in less than a year, on November 20 this year, he was transferred to the Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Province.
