Director of the British Secret Intelligence Agency (six military conditions) warned on Tuesday that opponents in the West, such as China and Russia, are competing for artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which may completely change the geopolitical appearance in the next 10 years.

From Lamily to London, Moscow, and Beijing, intelligence personnel around the world are working hard to deal with the huge leap forward of science and technology. These progress has challenged human -dominated traditional spy activities for thousands of years.

According to Reuters, Richard Moore, the six director of military conditions, said that the improvement of quantum engineering, biological engineering, massive data and computer capabilities constitutes a threat, and the West must respond.

Moore, who rarely appeared in the speech, said: "Our opponents are pouring funds and efforts to master artificial intelligence, quantum computing and synthetic biology, because they know that mastering these technologies will bring them chips to them"

Moore also said that technological progress in the next ten years may surpass the total of the past century.

Intelligence personnel in Western countries are particularly concerned about their peers in Russia and China. The latter has stepped up the power of using a series of cutting -edge technologies, sometimes even faster than the West.

Western intelligence agencies are worried that China may lead all key emerging technologies within decades, especially artificial intelligence, synthetic biology and genetics.

Six military conditions are carried out overseas, and the responsibility of defending Britain and its interests is given.Moore admits that the agency must make changes to step up new technologies.

"We can't expect to copy the global technology industry, so we must use it", Moore said."In order to keep confidential, we must become more open."
