From November 2011 to July 2012, after the defendant Zhang Mingjie used the convenience of his position to seek benefits for the merger and acquisition unit, he first asked the actual controller of the unit to ask for RMB 5 million.Ren asked 50%of the unit to participate in the land of the original breeding farm in Harbin, equivalent to more than 93.17 million yuan.After the incident, the case handling agency was detained and frozen the assets of the above -mentioned units and some illegal proceeds from Zhang Mingjie and Wang Shaoyu.
