He was a chairman and party secretary of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Co., Ltd., member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial CPPCC, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee, Standing Committee Member of the Baoji Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor, Standing Committee Member of Weinan Municipal Committee,Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of the Hanzhong Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Hanzhong Municipal Party Committee, served as member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee in May 2021, and then served as Secretary -General of the Provincial Party Committee.
