Wang Xizhang, male, Han nationality, born in October 1972, Quanzhou, Fujian, joined the Communist Party of China in March 1993, joined the work in August 1993, graduate degree, doctor of law.

He used to be a member and deputy captain of the Criminal Police Corps of the Fujian Provincial Public Security Department.

After December 2010, he served as the deputy chief of the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department and the captain of the Legal Corps (of which July 2014 to July 2016 was held as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau in the Zhangzhou Public Security Bureau of Fujian Province).;
