Public information shows that Shi Xiaolin, 52, is from Yuyao, Zhejiang. From 1986 to 1990, he studied at the Electric Technology of Electrical Technology at the School of Institute of Technology in Shanghai.The party secretary and director of Zhabei District Economic Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Daning Road Street, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Linfen Road Street, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Linfen Community (Street).
