Jilin is the first deputy dean of the Central Academy of Socialism

According to the latest information of the official website of the Central Academy of Socialism, Jilin Chairman of the Beijing CPPCC has been the secretary of the party group and the first deputy dean of the Central Socialist Academy last month.

According to the official resume, Jilin, 59, is from Shanghai. He joined the party in May 1984 and joined the work in July 1987. He graduated from graduate (major in criminal law of Renmin University of China), a master of law, and associate professor.

Jilin has served as deputy secretary and secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Renmin University of China, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Law Department, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Communist Youth League Beijing Municipal Party Committee, and Secretary of the Beijing Miyun County Party Committee.

In 2002, the 40 -year -old Jilin served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.In 2004, he was the deputy mayor of Beijing.In 2007, he once again served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and served as executive deputy mayor.In 2012, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and once again the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.

In January 2013, in the Beijing CPPCC, Jilin was elected chairman of the Beijing CPPCC.In January 2018, at the first plenary session of the 13th Beijing CPPCC, Jilin was re -elected as the chairman of the Beijing CPPCC.So far, he has been the chairman of the Beijing CPPCC for more than 8 years.He is a member of the 17th and 18th Central Committee, and a member of the 12th and 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Earlier, Pan Yue served as the secretary of the party group (head of the ministry) and the first deputy dean of the Central Academy of Socialism.Pan Yue was born in April 1960, Nanjing, Jiangsu.In 2016, Pan Yue was transferred to the deputy minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection as the secretary of the party group (head of the ministry) and the first vice president of the Central Socialist Academy.In November last year, Pan Yue served as the deputy minister of the Central United Front Work Department and the director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council. At the same time, he has also served as the first vice president of the Central Academy of Socialism.

The current dean of the Central Academy of Socialism, Hao Mingjin, deputy chairman of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress and chairman of the Democratic Construction Central Committee.
