Wang Xiaodong was born in January 1960. He was born in Xinfeng, Jiangxi. He studied at the basic theory of Marxism -Leninism at Jiangxi University from 1979 to 1983. He successively served as the secretary of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee.In January 2000, he served as the secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee and entered the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee in December of the same year at the age of 40.Seven years after the provincial capital of the Lord, he was transferred to the executive vice governor of Guizhou Province in May 2007.
