The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held the first plenary meeting on the morning of January 31st to elect the Vietnamese President Ruan Fuzhong as the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee.
According to the Vietnamese news agency, Ruan Fuzhong was born in April 1944. At the age of 76, Ruan Fuzhong, a native of Dongying County, Hanoi City, in January 2011, the 11th National University of Vietnam and the Vietnam Twelve of Vietnam held in January 2016, respectively.In the Great, he was elected General Secretary of the Central Committee.
The Nine -day Thirteen CPC National Congress was held in Capital Hanoi.
