(Beijing News) Tong Daochi, member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Sanya Municipal Party Committee, is suspected of serious disciplinary violations. Public resumes show that Tong Daowei, born in 1967, was from Pingjiang, Hunan. He served as an assistant researcher at the Institute of World Economic and Political Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from 1991 to 2000, and then went to Calton University in Canada to study a master's degree in public management.
From 1994 to 1999, he served as a professional doctoral student in policy analysis at the well -known US think tank Graduate School, and was a researcher at the Asia -Pacific Research Center of Rand Corporation.
