Earlier, Jiang Jinquan was the deputy director of the daily work of the Central Policy Research Office.This also means that Wang Huning, who is a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China, is no longer the director of the Central Policy Research Office.Wang Huning has been the director of the Central Policy Research Office since 2002, and has been in front and back for nearly 18 years.

Public information shows that Jiang Jinquan was born in Laoshui, Hubei in September 1959. He joined the work in January 1982. He graduated from the School of Economics of the School of Economics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
