Hu Minglang, deputy governor of Shaanxi, who has experienced more than 30 years of public security systems, confirmed that he would go to Chongqing to follow the new and serve as the secretary of the Party Committee of the Chongqing Public Security Bureau.

According to the WeChat public account of the WeChat public account of Beijing Daily, the leadership information of the Chongqing Municipal Government's official website shows that Hu Minglang has been a member of the party group of the Chongqing Municipal Government, the secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.

Earlier on September 11, Chongqing News Broadcasting showed that Hu Minglang attended a local meeting and sat next to Chongqing Deputy Mayor Li Bobe.

Hu Minglang, 53, has worked in the public security system for more than 30 years.He became a policeman of the Public Security Bureau of Liuzhou City, Guangxi in 1985. After multiple grass -roots positions, he was transferred to Hechi City at the end of 2001. He served as Deputy Director of Hechi City Public Security Bureau in the following year.He is the deputy department level, and in early 2010, he served as the director of the Liuzhou Public Security Bureau.Hu Minglang was transferred to Nanning, the capital of Guangxi in November 2013, and served as the director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Hu Minglang left Guangxi in December 2014, transferred his job to Beijing, worked in the Ministry of Public Security, and successively served as the director of the Drug Administration and the director of the Security Administration.

In May 2017, he served as deputy governor of Shaanxi Province and Director of the Public Security Director Du Hangwei, who was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and concurrently served as the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee.In July, Hu Minglang entered Shaanxi and served as a member of the Provincial Government's Party Group and the Director of the Public Security Department. In January of the following year, he officially was appointed as the deputy governor of Shaanxi Province.
