According to the official resume, Zhang Weisheng worked in Jinnan District, Tianjin in September 1967.After graduating from the Tianjin Institute of Physical Education in 1989, Zhang Wei entered Tianjin Petrochemical No. 1 Middle School teacher and then worked at the Jintan District Government Guest House.
Since 1998, Zhang Wei has worked in a number of towns under the jurisdiction of Jinnan District.
