According to the Beijing News, the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress was relieved of Wang Xiaohong's director of the Beijing Public Security Bureau yesterday.
The 63 -year -old Wang Xiaohong is a native of Fuzhou, Fujian. He has worked in Fujian for about 40 years and has been working in the public security system for a long time.According to the information provided by the People's Daily Online and the Communist Party of China, Wang Xiaohong served as the deputy director of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau in 1993, and then the secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China. The two were in Fuzhou for about three years.
Wang Xiaohong was promoted to the director of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau in 1998. Since 2002, he has been the deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Public Security Department for more than nine years. After that, he has been the deputy mayor of Xiamen in Fujian and the director of the Public Security Bureau, the deputy governor of Henan Province and the director of the Public Security Department.
In 2015, he was transferred to Beijing, served as deputy mayor and the director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, concurrently served as Deputy Minister of Public Security in 2016, and no longer served as deputy mayor in 2018, and was promoted to executive deputy minister of the Ministry of Public Security.
