According to Fujian Daily, last night, the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to explain the support of the CPC Central Committee's decision to conduct discipline review and supervision and investigation on Zhang Zhinan.The meeting was chaired by Yu Weiguo, secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee.

The public resume shows that Zhang Zhinan was born in October 1960. He was the deputy secretary -general of the Fujian Provincial Government and the director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
