The procuratorial organs sued Zhao Zhengyong to use the convenience of serving as the Standing Committee of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China to obtain benefits for others and illegally accept others' property.

Chen Guoqiang also uses the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others, or uses the convenience conditions formed by power and status to obtain unfair interests for others through the behavior of staff of other countries and illegally accept property.

The procuratorate believes that the amount involved is particularly huge and shall be held criminally responsible for bribery.
