Yang Keqin, former Attorney General of Jilin Procuratorate, was prosecuted

Yang Keqin, the former party secretary of the Jilin Provincial Procuratorate and the Attorney General, was prosecuted.

According to China CCTV News client, Yang Keqin was suspected of bribery and was reviewed and prosecuted by the Shijiazhuang People's Procuratorate.The procuratorate has filed a public prosecution to the Shijiazhuang Intermediate People's Court.

The Shijiazhuang Procuratorate sued accusations: Yang Keqin used the convenience of serving as the director of the Political and Legal Research Institute of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Director of the Office of the Leading Group of the Central Judicial System Reform, Secretary of the Party Group of the Jilin Provincial People's Procuratorate, and the Chiefs of the Procuratorate.Using the convenient conditions formed by my own power and status, through the behavior of staff of other countries, we can seek uniform interests for others and illegally accept the property of others.

Yang Keqin was doubled on December 1, 2019 (expels from public office and party).

Public resumes show that Yang Keqin's career began from Anhui Province. He served as the director of the Political and Legal Research Institute of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
