(Beijing News) There was a change in personnel in Shanxi Province. The Chinese official media announced yesterday that Lou Yangsheng, who was former governor of Shanxi, replaced Luo Huining and served as the secretary of the CPC Shanxi Provincial Party Committee.

60 -year -old Lou Yangsheng is from Pujiang, Zhejiang.He started from the grassroots level of the Communist Party of China and served in Zhejiang Province for a long time. In January 2009, Lou Yangsheng upgraded the member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of the Organization Department.In March 2012, he was transferred to the member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of the Organization Department.In June 2014, Lou Yangsheng was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and promoted to Governor of Shanxi two years later.
