Earlier, Xinhua News Agency reported on the 25th that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided that Li Jiheng no longer served as the party secretary, member of the Standing Committee, and members of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and was appointed.Chen Run'er served as a member of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Secretary.Shi Taifeng serves as a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee and Secretary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and no longer serves as the party secretary, member of the Standing Committee, and members of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

Li Jiheng was born in January 1957. He was born in Guigang, Guangxi. He was admitted to the Chinese Department of Literature in Guangxi University in 1976. He returned to his hometown after graduation and worked in Guixian, Pingnan County, and Guiping County.In 1991, Li Jiheng served as Deputy Secretary of Hechi Land Party Committee, deputy commissioner of the Office, and later commissioner of the Office and Secretary of the Local Party Committee.During the period, he also studied at the one -year -old young cadre training course of the Central Party School.In July 1996, after the study of the Central Party School, Li Jiheng served as the secretary of the Yulin Land (Municipal) Committee, and ranked among the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region the following year.

In 2001, Li Jiheng served as secretary of the Nanning Municipal Party Committee and was elected as the 16th Central Alternate member the following year.In 2003, he was renamed the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and continued to dominate Nanning to 2005.

Li Jiheng first left Guangxi for the first time in July 2006, and across the province, he served as deputy secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee.

In 2011, he served as the governor of Yunnan Province and the governor of the future, the secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee in 2014, and the secretary of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2016.
