The Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China decided that Lan Shaomin served as a member of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Secretary. Zhou Naixiang no longer served as Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, Standing Committee, and members.

Lan Shaomin is 54 years old and has been in Nantong, Suqian, Taizhou and other landlords in Jiangsu Province for many years.Before serving as the Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, Lan Shaomin served as the deputy secretary and mayor of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee.

Zhou Naixiang, former secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, has now been transferred to the chairman and party secretary of the China Construction Group.
